The Lanwin Group was formed in 1978 by respected Wall Street and real estate executive Philip ("Phil") R. Evans, along with investors from Hong Kong and the Philippines. Evans, the Managing Partner of The Lanwin Group, has held executive positions with Toll Brothers, as well as with key lending institutions such as: Chase Manhattan Bank, NA, Irving Trust Company, and Banco Real SA.


For more than three decades The Lanwin Group has been known throughout the industry for its integrity, expertise, innovation, and visionary leadership that has fostered successful relationships with some of the finest and well-respected builders, developers, banks and financial institutions nationwide.


The Lanwin Group has developed real estate opportunities, including land assemblage and acquisitions, property syndications for development, income and equity appreciation. Due to the company's diverse and talented executive team with significant experience in real estate, planning, engineering, and finance, the company has planned, developed and completed a host of highly successful projects.


The Lanwin Group assists banks and financial institutions in doing a complete analysis of their residential REO portfolios to determine the value, an exit plan for those assets and what the next best use of the properties would be. In certain cases, The Lanwin Group has the ability to develop, build, or package the properties for sale for the lender.
