• Complete due diligence studies to evaluate the status of the approvals
• Environmental issues that exist with each property and/or outstanding loan
• Market research to determine the actual value to a builder or developer

We work with our lender on a plan to market and build out the project with the ultimate goal being able to monetize the loan in the shortest term. In some cases Lanwin will build out a property as a joint venture partnership or assign a construction manager for a project.
